who has M&A inspiration for marriage?

Marriage=Mergers and Acquisitions,there are two forms:
1.B is A's accessory.
2.Win-Win by EVA( Economic Value added).

What is your opinion? do u know the percentage of 1,2 in pop countries of American,Europe and Asia?

 a lot of people don't marry for those reasons.
